Infinity Contractors is a growing underground utility contractor specializing in electrical and telecommunications duct banks, manholes, site lighting, directional drilling, and related civil infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Division Manager to lead major mission-critical construction projects throughout the Southeast. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for divisional strategy, operational execution, team development, customer relationships, and financial performance.
The successful candidate may be based in Raleigh, Charlotte, Charleston, Tampa, Atlanta, Roanoke, or another major city in the Southeast.
This role offers a high level of autonomy, direct access to executive leadership, and the opportunity to build and lead a division with an annual construction volume of up to $40 million.

Position Summary
The Division Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic performance of assigned construction operations. This position will oversee multiple concurrent mission-critical projects and lead project managers, superintendents, field personnel, and administrative support staff.
The role is remote, with travel and regular engagement at project sites based on operational needs. Anticipated travel may range from approximately 25% to 75%, depending on project location, workload, and divisional activity.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead major mission-critical underground utility and electrical infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage divisional annual volume of up to approximately $40 million.
Develop and execute divisional operating, staffing, and growth plans.
Manage revenue, cost, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
Establish project budgets, production goals, schedules, staffing plans, and performance expectations.
Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate project and field leadership.
Provide direction and accountability to project managers, superintendents, and support staff.
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, estimates, and project risks before contract acceptance.
Oversee change management, cost recovery, documentation, claims avoidance, and dispute resolution.
Ensure project teams maintain accurate forecasts, schedules, procurement logs, and progress reporting.
Monitor equipment, labor, material, and subcontractor utilization across multiple projects.
Conduct site visits to evaluate safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, utility providers, and trade partners.
Identify operational issues and implement measurable corrective actions.
Report divisional performance, risks, forecasts, and growth opportunities to executive leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction experience.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects, project teams, or regional operations.
Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project profitability.
Strong knowledge of construction operations, safety, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and contract administration.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-management technology.

Compensation
Base salary of $155,000 to $175,000
